Intro Hip-HopAge Group: 5-7 This is a 45min high energy introduction of Hip-Hop that is fun and great exercise for kids. In this class we focus on basic muscle movement and step. At this age we also teach are student the importance and awareness of the beat and how to dance to it. This will prepare the student for performance. This is a recreation class only. Beginner Hip-HopAge Group: 8-10 This is a 45min high energy Hip-Hop class that is fun and great exercise for kids. In this class we teach are student a little more than just the basics of hip-hop. At this age it is important to we concentrate on muscle growth and movement and challenge the student mentally by giving them short combinations. This also prepares the student for performance. This is a recreation class only. Intermediate Hip-HopAge Group: 11-14 This is a 45min high energy Hip-Hop class that is fun and great exercise for pre-teens. In this class we teach are students a little more than just the basics of hip-hop. At this age and level we focus on muscle growth, introduction of style and performance also giving special attention to the technique of hip-hop. This is a recreation class only. Advanced Hip-HopAge Group: 15+ This is a 45min high energy Hip-Hop class that is great exercise for teenagers to adult. In this class we start to break into the different elements that branch of hip-hip, for example pop-locking. At this age and level we focus on muscle movement and development, style and performance.
